David R. Marod
Managing Partner for Northwind Software Inc. and Chairman of the Board

David has been in and around the Automotive industry his entire career. From working in the detail shop in high school to selling cars in College while attending Michigan State University and as a General Sales Manager for a large Buick Pontiac GMC dealership David understands the retail Automotive environment. In addition David has been on the technology side of the business for over a decade and was one of the true Automotive internet pioneers working for companies like The Cobalt Group Inc. in the late 1990's and Reynolds and Reynolds where David was Director of CRM for the Western U.S. David has also worked for Who's calling and most recently before setting out on as an entreprenuer he worked for eBay Motors inc. as a Senior Manager.

David's passion for the success of his customers has built and kept life long relationships with them and also has helped the growth of Northwind Software Inc.. and specifically LeadConverterTM the Live Response tool he built to help dealers get more business from their websites.

When asked he said "I am very excited with the emerging technologies in this space to help dealers sell more cars and service on the web, it seemed like things were stalling out a bit and now we see technologies like LeadConverterTM jump starting the web again and the timing couldn't be better"

David lives in Seattle Washington where he is an avid sailor and enjoys the outdoors with his son.

Lance Tebay
PRESIDENT AND COO FOR NORTHWINDSOFTWARE INC. BOARD DIRECTOR FOR NORTHWIND SOFTWARE, INC.

Lance Tebay has more than 17 years experience in automotive retail software and services, working with small dealers, publicly-traded dealer groups and manufacturers. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and COO of NeoSynergy, Inc. Prior to that, Lance held senior positions at Reynolds and Reynolds during which time he served as Vice President of Integrated Document Solutions. Lance joined the Reynolds and Reynolds Company after receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Lance Tebay lives in Milford, MI with his wife and four sons.

John F. Stapleton
CEO/ Director of Visible Customer Inc. Board Director for Northwind Software Inc.

John has served as Chief Executive Officer of more than 15 emerging companies and as a director and senior officer for many others.

His history includes the founding, financing and supporting of 27 emerging technology companies in the computer, communications and medical device industries.

As a senior officer and investor, Mr. Stapleton has played an instrumental role in the development of: Xiotech Corporation, now a Seagate company; Advanced Bio-Surfaces, a medical device startup; Envisio, a video board design company; Mirror Technologies, a computer peripherals manufacturer and distributor; Decision Support Services, Inc., a data mining software solutions for the enterprise client, sold to a subsidiary of IBM; Prodea Software, sold to Platinum Software; Bank Compensation Strategies, Inc., now a Clark-Bardis company; Coordinated Management Systems, purchased by A. C. Nielsen Company.

In April of 2005, John completed a 24 month assignment as CEO of Who’s Calling during which the company almost tripled its revenues and produced EBITA of $1 million per month.

He offers a broad background in creating administrative and accounting infrastructure to support a viable business model, all of which are central to creating a business platform to achieve profitability in an early stage venture.

His perspective summed up in his own words is: "I contribute to an emerging organization as a member of a capable team by setting a clear strategy supported by an achievable operating plan that has the necessary resources to accomplish its goals."

Matthew Belk

Matthew Belk worked with Hendrick Automotive Group for 11 years with his last seven years heading up the eBusiness initiative at the corporate office. His duties included spending 100+ days a year in the 60+ dealerships helping Hendrick to 27,000 eBusiness sales through email in 2007.  As an innovator for Hendrick, Matthew help create Revenue Finder, a sales and marketing analytics platform for eBusiness, developed the first intranet, the corporate website, dealership websites through Cobalt, IzmoCars, Reynolds and eBizAutos, established or help manage vendor partnerships with AutoUSA, Dealix, Blackbook Online, KBB, Carfax, AutoTrader, Cars.com, eBay and established CRM standards with Reynolds Contact Manager, eAutomotive Aeros, and DealerSocket.

Matthew is considered a great resource for hands on knowledge of BDC operations, CRM utilization, phone skills training, SEO and SEM marketing, and online sales and marketing.  His focus has always been on dealership execution of planned processes utilizing the appropriate technology.

Automotive - Matthew started in the car business as a salesperson at Town and Country Ford, Sonic Automotive Group's flagship store in Charlotte, NC. After three and a half years he left to pursue web site development. He entered back in the Automotive industry 6 months later in 1997 at Hendrick Automotive Group's flagship store, City Chevrolet, where he sold cars for 3 days. He was then put in charge of developing City's original business development center. He continued as a manager until 2000 when we began working at the management company.

Family - Matthew is married to Stephanie and they are the proud parents of  seven children and two grand children in North Carolina. Three are in college, one in the Army, two in High School and one in middle school. They are active in their church and community.
