LANCE TEBAY JOINS NORTHWIND SOFTWARE AS PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
SEATTLE, Wash., Oct 14, 2008- The makers of LeadConverter™, an online live response website conversion tool for automotive dealers, Northwind Software Inc. announces Lance Tebay has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Tebay joined Northwind’s executive team in October 2008. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and COO of NeoSynergy, Inc. Prior to that, Tebay held senior positions at Reynolds and Reynolds during which time he served as Vice President of Integrated Document Solutions. Tebay joined the Reynolds and Reynolds Company after receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
In addition to his role in the day to day operations of Northwind Software, Tebay will serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
